Meat Club Creates Broncowurst
The campus meat club has created a new product
that represents Cal Poly Pomona. Broncowurst a bun-length sausage that
uses the school's colors through the use of parsley (green) &
parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers seeds (gold).
The slogan is "The sausage with a kick." The product will be taken to
the National Meat Association convention in February by a four-student
team and will be entered into a national student contest. Broncowurst is
for sale at the Meat Lab and the Farm Store.
