Rossana, a new Horsehill Vineyards sparkling wine, is available at the Farm Store at Kellogg Ranchand the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch for $20 a bottle. This is the first sparkling rosé from Horsehill Vineyards. Zinfandel grapes grown on campus were lightly pressed to capture a nuance of color, all the while extracting the delicate cherry and strawberry fruit characters that give Zinfandel its signature personality. Named in homage to W.K. Kellogg’s stunning foundation Arabian mare, Rossana is a classically styled brut rosé. The wine is a partnership project between The Collins College of Hospitality Management, College of Agriculture and South Coast Winery.
